Best Form is not liable for the security or reliability of the shipping address you enter.
Best Form guarantees to get your package to the DOMESTIC address you specify. Whatever happens after verified delivery is the customers responsibility.
Caution about apartment addresses! Best Form has mailed thousands of orders within the USA and have only had a few lost. Of the few lost packages, almost all went to apartment complexes or office suites! Check with your Apartment/Office Manager to see if they have your package before calling Best Form to ask "Why haven't you guys shipped my order?"
For DOMESTIC ORDERS our obligation is to guarantee delivery of an order to a specified address, we are not liable what happens to it after that!
For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS our obligation is to show the date of shipment an order only. We are not liable what happens for orders outside the USA once the package leaves our hands!
Exchanges
Regular priced items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Sale/Blow-out items are not eligible. Items must be in perfect condition, unwashed, no odors or signs of wear. Return shipping is free for USA customers that contact us.
International customers will have to return the item(s) using their native postal service. But Best Form will pay outbound shipping for the new replacement in the correct size or style.

Once received, requested refunds will be issued within 7 business days using the same method used to purchase.
Of the thousands of items Best Form ships we may only get four or five defects in a year. In the extremely unlikely event you happen to be one of those please notify us at once. A replacement will be sent immediately at no charge along with a pre-paid envelope for the defective item.
