All US zip codes are considered Domestic Orders (includes APO/FPO, PR, GU, VI, etc.)  

Orders under $100- $7.95
Orders over $100- Free

Expedited and Express Mail options are available for selection at checkout.

UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day are Guaranteed, if not delivered on time, we will refund your full shipping cost. UPS 2nd Day Air will be deliver on the 2nd business day, and Next day is delivered the next Business Day before 9PM. Example, you place order on Monday morning, 2nd day air would be delivered on Wednesday, and Next day would be delivered on Tuesday.

Priority Mail Option

By upgarding to Priority mail, your order is processed faster and should arrive within 1 to 4 days, although it is not guaranteed may have delays that are out of our control.

Delivery Time

All Standard shipping orders are sent via USPS the same business day if order is placed before 4PM EST (New York Time).

lthough most orders are delivered within two to four days please allow one week.

If an out-of-stock item is not going to be available within a few days we will attempt to call or email you. Be sure to enter an accurate phone number and email address. Monitor your email and phone messages for a couple days.
 

Best Form guarantees confirmed delivery to your ship-to ADDRESS. Best Form does NOT guarantee delivery to you personally. Once the order has been confirmed as delivered to the specified ship-to address Best Form is NOT liable for what happens to the package.
 

Best Form ships thousands of packages a year via USPS with almost no lost orders. Of the few lost packages ALMOST ALL WERE TO APT/MULTI-UNIT addresses. If your ship-to address is in such a location please be on careful lookout for your order. You may wish to alert your postal carrier and complex manager that you are expecting a package prior to its estimated delivery.
